In total, there will be nine face-to-face workshops and one online webinar. Providers are encouraged to send their practice managers, billing staff, and business associates, including billing\/service agents that submit Medicaid claims. The workshop will provide important information you will need to know on the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Community Care Services (CCSP) Program<\/li>\n<li>Service Options using Resources in the Community Environment (SOURCE) Program<\/li>\n<li>General Billing Rules and PA Search<\/li>\n<li>Common Denials and Outstanding Issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following face-to-face workshops will be held in all territories except for Territory 1 (North Georgia) on the dates listed below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/15 \u2013 Albany at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/17 \u2013 Augusta at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/22 \u2013 Lawrenceville at 10:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/23 \u2013 Savannah at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/23 \u2013 Lithonia at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/23 \u2013 Thomasville at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/24 \u2013 Stockbridge at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/24 \u2013 College Park at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>1\/30 \u2013 Marietta at 9:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Webinar session listed below, which will be held on January 30, 2019, is open to all territories throughout the state of Georgia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/30 \u2013 Webinar at 9:30 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attendees must individually register to reserve a seat.
