The Department of Community Health (DCH) and DXC Technology has scheduled nine (9) face-to-face workshops and one (1) online webinar for the month of July 2019. Providers are encouraged to send their practice managers, billing staff as well as business associates, including billing/service agents that submit Medicaid claims. The workshop will provide important information you will need to know on the following topics:
- Remittance Advice
- Differences between Edits & Audits
- Common Eligibility Denials
- Common Procedure Code Denials
- Miscellaneous Denials (NCCI, ICD-10, EMA, etc.)
- And More
The following nine (9) face-to-face workshops will be held in ALL territories except for territory 2 (Fulton) on the dates listed below:

7/22 – Fayetteville
7/23 – Marietta

7/23 – Lawrenceville
7/25 – Augusta
7/30 – Fulton (Webinar Only)
The one (1) online WEBINAR ONLY scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, 2019 will be open to all territories throughout the state of Georgia. Attendees must individually register to reserve a seat. Registration must be completed online.
