The Department of Community Health (DCH) and DXC Technology will be holding several CCSP/SOURCE Workshops in January 2019. In total, there will be nine face-to-face workshops and one online webinar. Providers are encouraged to send their practice managers, billing staff, and business associates, including billing/service agents that submit Medicaid claims. The workshop will provide important information you will need to know on the following topics:
- Community Care Services (CCSP) Program
- Service Options using Resources in the Community Environment (SOURCE) Program
- General Billing Rules and PA Search
- Common Denials and Outstanding Issues
The following face-to-face workshops will be held in all territories except for Territory 1 (North Georgia) on the dates listed below:
- 1/15 – Albany at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/17 – Augusta at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/22 – Lawrenceville at 10:00 a.m.
- 1/23 – Savannah at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/23 – Lithonia at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/23 – Thomasville at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/24 – Stockbridge at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/24 – College Park at 9:30 a.m.
- 1/30 – Marietta at 9:00 a.m.
The Webinar session listed below, which will be held on January 30, 2019, is open to all territories throughout the state of Georgia.
