Please see the following updates regarding the Georgia Department of Community Health’s (DCH) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) sessions for January 2021.
Brian Dowd, Deputy Executive Director with the Georgia Department of Community Health, in partnership with Conduent |Tellus, DCH’s EVV Solution Vendor, will give a demonstration of the EVV administrative portal!
Join DCH to walk through functionality like scheduling, managing tasks, adding user / aides, and reports. There will be additional townhalls to cover billing, registration, and the claims portion of the solution. In addition to a live demonstration, join DCH for a virtual EVV townhall to:
• Receive a reminder overview of available DCH EVV information resources
• Ask your EVV-related questions
These will be virtual, interactive sessions, so come prepared to collaborate with DCH and Conduent | Tellus. The townhalls will take place on the following dates and times:
Thursday January 7th, at 6pm
and
Friday January 8th, at 1pm.

A recorded version of the session will also be available on the DCH website following the townhall. Please note, November and December’s townhall recordings and materials are currently available on the EVV website.
